The Spark uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, and — only if you accept them — advertising cookies from Meta. Nothing from Meta is loaded before you say yes. If you decline, the site and the chat keep working exactly the same.

_fbp — set by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Purpose: measuring our advertising and reaching people who have already visited the site. It is only set after you accept. Meta does not publish a duration for it, so we do not state one.

We do not use Google Analytics. If we add a Google advertising tag later, this page will be updated with the same detail before it goes live.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how the page is used: where people click, how far they scroll, where they give up. It never runs before you accept.

The chat is walled off. Clarity is set to mask everything, and the chat carries an explicit masking instruction on top. Microsoft masks in the browser, so masked content is never uploaded to them at all. What you write to the chat stays between you and the chat.

Cookies set by Clarity, once you accept: _clck and _clsk (first-party, to link your page views into one session), and CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM (set by Microsoft). Microsoft does not publish a duration for these, so we do not state one.

Your answer is remembered on your own device. To change it, clear your browser's site data for thespark.ch and the question will be asked again on your next visit.
