My Story with yoga…
Passionate about travel, nature and cultures since always, my story with yoga seriously started in 2015 during a surf / yoga retreat in Morocco. I then discovered the complementarity of this practice with all my other favorite activities (board sports, climbing, hiking,…) as well as a real philosophy of life which perfectly suited my ethical principles and moral.
I then spent some time in India to train in Hatha, Asthanga, Vinyasa and yoga therapy. I also graduated in Thai yoga massage.
Further along my journey, yoga became a huge part of my healing journey (physical, emotional and spiritual). Through a mindful and dedicated practice of yoga and meditation and as I was allowing my body to move and express itself more freely, I opened the door to a new kind of dialogue. As I finally decided to listen to what my body was telling me, pain started to fade away and I got to know a whole lot more about myself.
My classes, which are intended to be inclusive, are always designed intuitively and flexibly, according to the energies and the profiles of the participants, integrating the various tools and techniques that I have acquired in my various trainings.
In addition to asanas (postures), my experiences have taught me some basics of Ayurvedic medicine (having myself gone through a Panchakarma), meditation, pranayama (breathing), chanting of mantras and yogic philosophy which I am looking forward to share with you !
